This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of December 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between Kathi Niffenegger ( “Employee”) and Edesa Biotech USA, Inc. (formerly Stellar Biotechnologies, Inc.), a California corporation ( “Company” or “Employer”).
