Claimant/Counterclaim Respondent John Busshaus (“Busshaus” or “Claimant”) and Respondent/Counterclaim Claimant Liberated Syndication, Inc. (“Libsyn” or “Respondent” or “Company”), parties to Case Number 01-20-0005-0441 before the American Arbitration Association (the “Arbitration”), execute this Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”), agreeing as set forth below.
