This FIRST AMENDMENT TO WARRANT TO PURCHASE CLASS B COMMON STOCK (this “First Amendment”) is made and entered into as of July 15, 2021 by and between RumbleOn, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “ Company”), and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.
