This Agreement supersedes any and all statements, representations or agreements other than existing Purchase Orders between Guided Therapeutics, Inc, a Georgia, United States of American corporation (“GTI”) located at 5835 Peachtree Corners East, Suite D, Norcross, Georgia 30092 and Shandong Yaohua Medical Instrument Corporation, located at No. 5 Zhuijian Street, High-Tech Development Zone, Laiwu Shandong, Peoples Republic of China (“SMI).
