This CREDIT AGREEMENT is made as of the 4th day of January 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and among BOSTON PROPERTIES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Delaware limited partnership (“BPLP” or the “Borrower”), having its principal place of business at 800 Boylston Street, Suite 1900, Boston, Massachusetts 02199; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (“BOA”), JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.
