Subject to the terms and conditions of the shares of 6% Preferred Convertible Preferred Stock Units (the "Convertible Preferred Stock”) described in the AdvantaMeds Solutions USA Fund I, Inc. Offering Circular dated AUGUST 5th, 2016 (the "Offering"), I hereby subscribe to purchase the number of shares of 6% Convertible Preferred Stock set forth below for a purchase price of $100.00 per share. Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "AdvantaMeds Solutions USA Fund I, Inc." evidencing $100.00 for each share of Convertible Preferred Stock Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE 6% Preferred Convertible Preferred Stock Unit ($100.00).
