This Exporter Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the agreement is 6/29/2015 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 353 E. Six Forks Road, Suite 270 in Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 (“AmericaTowne”), and KCC Construction Inc. (KCC Construction) doing business at 203 A Mingo Road, Benson NC 27504 (“Exporter”). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party”.
