This Exporter Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the agreement is 2/26/2016 (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between AmericaTowne, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business at 4700 Homewood Court, Suite 100 Raleigh, North Carolina 27609 USA (“AmericaTowne”), and Hosana Home Healthcare Services (Hosana) a Pennsylvania Corporation doing business at 18 Campus Blvd suite 100 Newtown Square, PA 19073 USA (“Exporter”). AmericaTowne and Exporter are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party”.
