THIS MASTER UPREIT FORMATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of July 13, 2016 by and between American Housing Income Trust, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“AHIT”), and Northern New Mexico Properties, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Northern”). All terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Section 2 below.
