Offering Circular dated January 7th, 2016 (the "Offering"), I hereby subscribe to purchase the Secured Class “A” Debt Notes set forth below for a purchase price of $100.00 per Note. Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "FundAmerica for the Benefit of San Carlos Resort, LLC" evidencing $100.00 for Secured Class “A” Debt Notes Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE Secured Class “A” Debt Note ($100.00).
