Subject to the terms and conditions of the Secured Class “A” Debt Notes (the "Notes”) described in the San Carlos Resort, LLC Offering Circular dated April 4th, 2016 (the "Offering"), I hereby subscribe to purchase the Secured Class “A” Debt Notes set forth below for a purchase price of $1,000.00 per Note. Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "FundAmerica for the Benefit of San Carlos Resort, LLC" evidencing $1,000.00 for Secured Class “A” Debt Notes Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE Secured Class “A” Debt Note ($1,000.00).
