Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801; and ALTEROLA BIOTECH INC. ("Purchaser"), a Nevada corporation, Registered Number E0460892008-3, with an address at 47 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead Merseyside CH41 SAR, United Kingdom. Seller and Purchaser shall be known separately as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
