Subject to the terms and conditions of the shares of 9% Preferred Convertible Preferred Stock Units (the "Convertible Preferred Stock”) described in the Chicago Housing REIT, Inc. Offering Circular dated January 1st, 2016 (the "Offering"), I hereby subscribe to purchase the number of shares of 9% Convertible Preferred Stock set forth below for a purchase price of $10.00 per share. Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "Chicago Housing REIT, Inc." evidencing $10.00 for each share of Convertible Preferred Stock Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE 9% Preferred Convertible Preferred Stock Unit ($10.00).
