This SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 9 day of September, 2016 (“Effective Date”) between and among THAIASIA-KUHET, LLC hereafter referred to as the “Buyer”, and BITMIS CORP., a corporation of the State of Nevada hereafter referred to as the “Service Provider”. All of the parties to this Agreement are sometimes individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
