This Manufacturing & Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of April 04, 2019 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Excella GmbH & Co. KG, a company having its registered office at Ntirnberger Str. 12, 90537 Feucht, Germany and registered with the Amtsgericht Nürnberg under the number HRA 17667 (“Excella” or “Supplier”) and Myovant Sciences GmbH, a company having its principal place of business at Viaduktstrasse 8, 4051 Basel, Switzerland (“Myovant”).
