THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 14, 2019, is made by and between Colony Capital, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“CLNY”), and Mark M. Hedstrom (the “Executive”). CLNY, together with its subsidiaries is hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and where the context permits, references to “the Company” shall include the Company and any successor to the Company.
