THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 27, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) is made by and between DigitalBridge Group, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“DBRG”), and Jacky Wu (the “Executive”). DBRG, together with its subsidiaries is hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” and where the context permits, references to “the Company” shall include the Company and any successor to the Company.
