This Agreement dated this 18th day of April, 2016 between 3B Industrial Machines, a Henan Sheng corporation whose address is 118-796 Jie Fang Lu, Weidu Qu, Xuchang Shi 461000, hereinafter (the “Seller”) and Geant Corp. incorporated, a Nevada corporation, whose address is Kiranthidiya road 114, Beruwala, Sri Lanka, 12070 hereinafter (the “Buyer”) for the purposes herein stated.
