Offering Circular dated August 1st, 2016 (the "Offering"), I hereby subscribe to purchase the number of shares of Common Stock set forth below for a purchase price of $0.50 per share. Enclosed with this subscription agreement is my check (Online “E-Check” or Traditional Papery Check) or money order made payable to "StreamNet, Inc." evidencing $0.50 for each share of Common Stock Subscribed, subject to a minimum of ONE COMMON STOCK SHARE ($0.50).
