This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Jeffrey S. Day (the “Executive”), and Oculus Innovative Sciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), as of November 30, 2016 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement replaces that certain employment offer letter dated as of March 2, 2015, and entered into by and between the Executive and the Corporation.
