THIS AGREEMENT AND PLAN OF MERGER (“Agreement”), dated as March 1, 2017, is entered into by and between TETRIDYN SOLUTIONS, INC., a Nevada corporation (“TetriDyn”), and OCEAN THERMAL ENERGY CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“OTE”).
