This Agreement is made as of the date last signed below (the “Effective Date”) between Lifeway Foods, Inc., an Illinois corporation, and the corporation’s present or future parents, subsidiaries, successors, directors, officers, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Lifeway” or the “Company”), and Neha Clark (“You”).
