THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of October 15, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), but effective as of September 30, 2018, among SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California corporation (“Bank”), Lantronix, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Lantronix”), and Lantronix Holding Company (“Holding” and together with Lantronix, individually and collectively, jointly and severally, “Borrower”), provides the terms on which Bank shall lend to Borrower and Borrower shall repay Bank.
