This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between John Dal Poggetto (the “Executive”), and Sonoma Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Corporation”), as of September 25, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement replaces that certain employment agreement dated as of August 15, 2013, as amended from time to time, and entered into by and between the Executive and the Corporation.
