(“Assure”) with a mailing address of 1011 Sunnybrook, Suite 900, Miami, Florida, 33140 and a business entity known as Organicell Regenerative Medicine, Inc. with a mailing address of 4045 Sheridan Ave, Suite 239, Miami, Florida, 33140 ("Client").
