AMENDMENT NO. 8, CONSENT AND INCREMENTAL JOINDER AGREEMENT TO CREDIT AND GUARANTY AGREEMENT, dated as of August 28, 2020 (this “Amendment”), to the Existing Credit Agreement (as defined below), by and among RADNET MANAGEMENT, INC., a California corporation (the “Borrower”), RADNET, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), CERTAIN SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES OF THE BORROWER, as Guarantors, the Lenders party hereto, and BARCLAYS BANK PLC, as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Existing Credit Agreement (as defined below) (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”).
