The below designated Client (“Client”) acknowledges and agrees that the services performed by TechCXO, LLC are governed by the Terms and Conditions (FY 2019) attached hereto and incorporated as part of this Amendment No. 1 to the Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”). The terms of the accompanying Consulting Services Proposal are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof, to the extent not inconsistent with or contrary to any provision herein. In the event of any conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
