This agreement (together with exhibits and schedules, the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between My Racehorse C.A., LLC (“Client”), a Nevada Series Limited Liability Company, and Dalmore Group, LLC., a New York Limited Liability Company (“Dalmore”).
