This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of September 1, 2022 (the “Execution Date”), by and between RADNET MANAGEMENT, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Mark D. Stolper (the “Employee”). As of the Execution Date, the Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of RadNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“RNI” and together with the Company and any RNI or Company affiliated entity is collectively the “Group”).
