INTEREST Implied annual interest rate of 10%, inasmuch as the Note will be issued and paid in an amount equal to 110% of the invested amount. If each Note is not paid in full on the Maturity Date, the unpaid balance will be increased by 10% and the new balance will bear interest at 10% per annum.
