This CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of November 27, 2023, is entered into by and between SPI Energy Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”), and Janet Jie Chen, a Chinese Citizen (the “Investor”).
