THIS STANDBY EQUITY PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated as of July 3, 2024 is made by and between STREETERVILLE CAPITAL, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (the “Investor”), and INTRUSION INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
