THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 3rd day of March, 2020 by and among Delaware Life Insurance Company (hereinafter, the “Company”), a Delaware life insurance company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its separate account(s) listed on Schedule A attached hereto (each an “Account”); First Trust Variable Insurance Trust, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“Fund”); and First Trust Portfolios, L.P., an Illinois limited partnership (the “Distributor”) (each a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
