This Amendment No. 10 (the "Amendment") to the Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of Vanguard Malvern Funds (the "Trust") amends, the Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust of the Trust dated as of November 19, 2008, as amended (the "Agreement").
