This Software Acquisition Agreement ("Agreement") is made this 16 day of November, 2016 ("Effective Date"), by and between Billa Brtita, LLC with its principal place of business at 304 Cannes St., Henderson, NV 89015 ("Software Purchaser") and Zartex, Inc., with its principal place of business at 4760 South Pecos Rd. Suite 103, Las Vegas, NV 89121 ("Zartex, Inc.").
