This TERM LOAN CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of September 1, 2022, among DXC Technology Company, a Nevada corporation (the “Borrower”), the financial institutions listed on Schedule I hereof (the “Banks”), and Mizuho Bank, Ltd.
