This AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 30th day of September, 2021, by and among EXICURE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), as a Borrower, EXICURE OPERATING COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (“Exicure Operating Company”), as a Borrower, MIDCAP FINANCIAL TRUST, as Agent (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns, “Agent”) and the financial institutions or other entities from time to time parties to the Credit Agreement referenced below, each as a Lender.
