THIS REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 9, 2022, by and among Exicure, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and each purchasers identified on Schedule 1 hereto (each, including its successors and assigns, a “Purchaser” and together, the “Purchasers”), and shall become effective as of the Closing (as defined in the Purchase Agreement, defined below).
