CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of August 21, 2018 (as it may be amended or modified from time to time, this “Agreement”) among CACTUS WELLHEAD, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), the other Loan Parties party hereto from time to time, the Lenders party hereto from time to time, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), as an Issuing Bank and as Swingline Lender.
