This AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO SERVICES AGREEMENT, effective as of April 1, 2020 (this “Amendment”), amends the Services Agreement, dated as of March 15, 2017, as subsequently amended (the “Agreement”), by and between Black Diamond Therapeutics, Inc.
