THIS JOINT ALLOCATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of the 5th day of April, 2024, by and among Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc., Carlyle Credit Solutions, Inc. and Carlyle Secured Lending III, each affiliates and business development companies that have elected or intend to elect to be regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and any subsidiaries thereof (each an “Insured” and together, the “Insureds”).
