THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of the 27th day of February 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Steve Nave, a Minnesota resident (“Employee”), and Funko, Inc., a Delaware corporation (any of its affiliates as may employ the Employee from time to time, and any successor(s) thereto, the “Company”).
