AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment No. 2”), dated as of May 15, 2019, by and among VICI Properties 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”), each lender party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”) and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as Administrative Agent. This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT is entered into as of May 15, 2019, among VICI PROPERTIES 1 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”); each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”); each L/C Issuer from time to time party hereto; and GOLDMAN SACHS BANK USA as Administrative Agent.
