THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 24, 2022, by and between NEAL E. ARNOLD, an individual resident of the State of South Carolina (“Executive”) and FIRSTSUN CAPITAL BANCORP, a Delaware corporation (“Bancorp”), and SUNFLOWER BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Bank” and, together with Bancorp, “Employer”), to become effective on April 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”).
