AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of March 14, 2023, by and among NEAL E. ARNOLD., an individual resident of the State of South Carolina (“Executive”), FIRSTSUN CAPITAL BANCORP, a Delaware corporation (“Bancorp”), and SUNFLOWER BANK, N.A., a national banking association (the “Bank” and, together with Bancorp, “Employer”). Executive and Employer are each sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
