THIS COMMON STOCK PURCHASE WARRANT (the “Warrant”) CERTIFIES that, for value received, R. [_____] (the “Holder”), is entitled, upon the terms and subject to the limitations on exercise and the conditions hereinafter set forth, at any time on or after the date of this Warrant and on or prior to the fifth anniversary of the Issuance Date (the “Termination Date”) but not thereafter, to subscribe for and purchase from SQL Technologies Corp., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), up to [_____] shares (the “Warrant Shares”) of the Common Stock, no par value per share, of the Company (the “Common Stock”). The purchase price of one share of Common Stock (the “Exercise Price”) under this Warrant shall be US $3.30 (three dollars and thirty cents US) per share.
