This STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 29, 2020 by and between ETHEMA HEALTH CORPORATION, a Colorado corporation (“Ethema” or “Transferor”), and JOSHUA BAUMAN (“Bauman” or the “Transferee”).
