This Stock Option Cancellation Agreement and Amendment to Option Agreement(s) (the “Amendment”) is made and entered into effective as of May 5, 2023 (the “Amendment Date”) by and between Gossamer Bio, Inc. (“Gossamer”) and _______ (“Optionee”).
