THIS APA LETTER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), is made and entered into by and between Broadcom Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Purchaser”) and NortonLifeLock Inc. f/k/a Symantec Corporation (“Seller”, and together with Purchaser, the “Parties”).
