Las Olas Blvd. Suite 1044, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (“Tharrington” and together with Correll, “Seller”), and Broadsmart Florida, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida with its principal address located at 1314 E.
